The existing modern building tells us about the spirit of time and a clear creative interpretation in the city core. This should be valorized by all means, in the light of the continuity of Croatian modernism as something it has always referred to. Two relations are certainly present: the view of the house from the square and vice versa. This interrelationship formed new urban elements that belong to both, the square and the house. The variety of amenities of the future academy has determined a complex consisting of four elements and the space in-between: the existing building, a solid core (equipped wall), the new structure in Prilaz (m box), and the roof (sky). The massing frames all these elements into a unit, but also into a possible answer to the void in front of the structure.

Postojeća moderna građevina govori o duhu vremena i jasnoj stvaralačkoj interpretaciji u gradskoj jezgri. Trgu i kući.
